Mango Smoothie Bowl

I'm so sorry y'all! I have been so busy this month but still wanted at least one post to go up before the month ended so I made a quick recipe post hehe. A few interesting things happened and I'll give you guys an update soon hehe. Meanwhile, enjoy this healthy recipe x
I made this smoothie bowl last summer for the first time and had absolutely loved it. Don't hate me but that was actually the first time I had a smoothie bowl:P
If you don't know this already, I hate fruits but smoothie bowls have always looked so good and since I like mango, I decided to make this bowl. I was dieting at that time and this was the perfect recipe for me. It's absolutely perfect if you are looking for healthy and delicious summer recipes!
I will be posting the link for the recipe video in case you want to see it. You can probably see that my mango smoothie bowl wasn't completely frozen but that's because my stupid blender decided to stop working that day😭 But nonetheless, I still loved it.
I read somewhere that you can also add pineapple into the mix and that is another fruit that I really like. I think pineapple and mango would be a great combination and I can't wait to try it! I'll let you all know how it goes when I try it hehe.
For the toppings, you can use whatever you prefer and I honestly love that! I have seen a lot of people add fruits for the toppings including mango for this bowl but since you all know that I don't like fruits, I didn't add em in mine:P
If you all got any more smoothie bowl combos, let me know in the comments below so that I can try them out hehe (I'll feed them all to my mom🤪).

MANGO SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- Mixed Seeds (Chia, sunflower, flax, pumpkin)
- Fresh Blueberries
- Desiccated Coconut or coconut chips
- Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add frozen mango (read notes for instructions on how to freeze mango) and yogurt to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the smoothie to a bowl and top with your favourite preferred toppings.
- Enjoy❤️
NOTES
- To freeze mangoes, remove the skin and cut them into bite sized cubes. Place them on a baking tray and freeze for 4-5 hours (I froze them overnight). Once they are ready, you can use them however you want. If there's leftover, put them in a ziplock bag and let them refreeze until it's time to use them again. You can also buy a pack of frozen mangoes from the store if you don't want to do all the work.
- You can use any fruit combination for this recipe that you want, just make sure you freeze it (or buy the frozen fruits from the store) like you cut and freeze the mangoes.
- Like I mentioned above, you can also choose your own toppings. A lot of people also prefer different types of fruits cut into pieces as their toppings but since I only eat selected fruits, I chose blueberry and the other toppings were what I had in my pantry.
I hope y'all liked this recipe!💗
Until next time x
See y'all soon with a new post!💛
